Collagen is known to help support beauty and fitness. Vital Proteins is a very popular brand in the Whole 30 and Paleo world. I do use them but I need to use them more regularly. I add them to my tea. Most people do coffee but as you know I do not like coffee. Sometimes I can taste it. I prefer it in a minty tea with a bit of honey and lemon juice. Have you tried collagen?
