I have been following Emily Ley’s wellness journey via instagram for a while now and I am excited for this series on her blog.

Podcasting seems to be the new blogging avenue for famous authors/speakers/used to be bloggers. I recently started listening to podcast and Shauna Niequist is one of my favorite people on earth (I don’t actually know her) so I could not have been happier when I she started a podcast.
